Oleander Evia 1.0 is a 77 sq.m. maisonette consisting of Residence 1.0 on the ground floor and Residence 1.1 on the first floor. The two levels are connected internally by a staircase and a lockable door, allowing them to function either as a single unified maisonette or as two independent residences, each with its own entrance and separate outdoor seating area.
